The Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) is the largest regional Orthodox Rabbinical organization in North America. With a membership of over 120 strong, the cRc offers a plethora of services to its communities.  cRc kosher supervision is directed by Rabbi Sholem Fishbane and his staff of Rabbinic  authorities.  He was recently elected as the Executive Director of the Associated Kashrus Organizations (AKO), an umbrella group of major international kosher-certification agencies.

Note that agencies not appearing on this list have not necessarily been deemed substandard by the cRc.
